Colin Farrell: An interview that touched them all ..


Colin Farrell in one of his rare interviews, spoke for the first time so openly about his personal life and in particular for the 9-year-old son James, who suffers from Angelman Syndrome, a neuro-genetic disorder with symptoms such as intellectual and developmental disability, seizures, jerky movements and sleep disorders.

The famous actor told InStyle USA, that from the moment he joined the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome, his life changed completely. He said that as a parent of a child with special needs, you need not to feel alone. This institution, therefore, helped to rectify the situation and to see things from the positive side.

But when he spoke for the first time on the neuro-genetic disorder of his son-As he said, the Paralympics made in 2007 in Shanghai, gave him the strength to speak publicly about how proud they are to have James. His life became meaningful. This is a lifetime experience for him, while also emphasizing how difficult it is to experience the constant stress, pain and frustration.

O Farrell, as a classic doting father, excited, said: "I literally broke in two, when my son was able to make his first steps at the age of 4 years. The next major victory was at 6, where he managed to utter his first words. My joy was indescribable! "
