Justin Bieber: No proof that he attacked to the photographer

"There is insufficient evidence" to prove that Justin Bieber attacked a man, who photographed during a visit to a shopping center in Los Angeles, announced the prosecuting authorities.
It seems like the young pops star had a "hot" episode with the professional photographer of celebrities, Jose Hernandez-Duran, before leaving the shopping center, which he had visited in May with actress Selena Gomez.
 
The photographer accused the 18-year-old star that came out of a mini-van and punched him in the belly and face. The police, arrived a few minutes later and reported that they found no visible injuries on the body of the photographer.
The findings of the medical examination of Duran showed that the man had suffered "minor swelling" on his right cheek and "minor bruising" in the abdominal place, but the injuries were classified as "superficial."
Eyewitnesses told the police that they could not determine if Bieber was violent to the photographer, who continued taking pictures of the young singer even after the event.
