Before New York begins to count its losses, the stars of showbiz were there to enhance victims.

Those affected by Hurricane Sandy saw stars like Bruce Springsteen, the Christina Aguilera, The Sting, The Jon Bon Jovi, to go on stage to sing and many actresses like Tina Fey, Whoopi Goldberg, Kevin Bacon and Danny De Vito to take part in the telethon NBC. Jimmy Fallon, presenter of the evening, sang a duet with Steven Tyler.
